The Puretec CO-VI250-K is a highly efficient scale control system that allows cafes and restaurants to tailor the level of hardness in their water, no matter where they are located. The user-friendly bypass mechanism allows for easy blending of treated and untreated water to deliver an optimal extraction profile and excellent equipment protection.

Water with correctly balanced total hardness is very important for the best possible flavours to be experienced e.g. if the carbonate hardness is too low your extraction will typically have a low quality of flavour profile. Where the carbonate hardness is too high, your water source can have an adverse affect on your equipment, leading to costly repairs. The CO-VI250-K will deliver a perfect balance of hardness to assure excellent flavour profiles as well as superior equipment protection.
